What partner statuses does Smartoire hold?
Smartoire Solutions Inc. is a Microsoft Solutions Partner and a Microsoft licensing partner. We are also partners with Google Cloud, AWS, Apple and Anthropic, and our training arm, Cloudoire Academy, is a Microsoft Training Partner.
Do you handle Azure migration and implementation?
Yes. We assess your current environment, plan the migration, move the workloads and tune them afterwards. We can also run the environment for you once it's live.
Which Dynamics 365 modules do you implement?
Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations and Business Central, from requirements through training and support.
What does Cloudoire Academy teach?
Microsoft certification preparation, including Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305), Azure Security (AZ-500), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Dynamics 365, plus custom training for teams, on site or online.
What equipment can you supply?
Computers, servers, network and storage equipment, components, cloud subscriptions and software licences from authorized channels, with manufacturer warranties. We quote each order and configure it before delivery.
Can you help with Microsoft volume licensing?
Yes. We work with Enterprise Agreements, the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement and CSP subscriptions to find the right structure for your organization.
What happens after a project goes live?
We offer support from ad-hoc hours to fully managed services: monitoring, administration, user training and regular health checks.
